The Nigerian businesswoman currently holds four world records.
Just a few months later, in February of this year, she created the widest wig, which measured in at 3.65 m (11 ft 11 in).
She added to her collection of titles in July by putting the most hair clips in a wig in 30 seconds with a total of 94.
Then she claimed the title for most hair clips on the head in 30 seconds with a total of 97 in August.
Helen at her sowing machine
Helen started her business on her own in Lagos, but now has a whole team working for her.
Between them, they make around 50 wigs every single day, but of course, not all of them are record-breaking.
And Helen’s successes didn’t come without a lot of hard work.

She spent 11 days straight crafting the longest handmade wig and says she was grateful for the support of her friends and family, who cheered her on through the tough times.
She struggled with tiredness and ate so little that she began losing weight
But she said the challenge was all worth it when she found out she’d officially become a record holder.

Helen caught the record-breaking bug after receiving that news, and has worked hard to achieve her other titles, saying they required both “critical thinking” and lots of practice.
As well as breaking more records, Helen has set herself the goal of, one day, owning the world’s biggest wig manufacturing company.
Helen, who often teaches young women and girls the art of wig making for free, said: “My next attempt will be the tallest wig.
“I want to attempt almost all the records in the wig category. I think I’m now addicted to breaking records and I don’t think I’m going to ever stop.

“I still can’t believe I have four Guinness World Records titles, I think it’s a dream and I don’t think I’ll ever wake up from it.”
The current tallest wig is 14.3 m (46 ft 11 in) tall and was created in 2004 by Emilio Minnicelli (Italy).
